When can I make a purchase?

You may browse our online store 24H a day 7 days a week and complete a purchase. However orders are processed and shipped during bussines days Monday-Friday from 6AM until 1AM.

How to Navigate Alexia Stores online store?

The menu bar at the top of the homepage on our website contains the main sections of our store. Hover over the Categories dropdown menu item to show the store’s specific product list. You can also hover over the shopping bag icon to view items that you added to your shopping cart. The menu bar ‘follows’ your navigation behaviour to the bottom of every page you select wich makes the searching experience lot easier. The menu also includes search bar, shopping cart, my account and checkout.

How can I register with Alexia Stores?

If you are a new customer simply go to My Account and add your best email address, after that we will send a automatically generated password to your email address. After successful logging you may change your password. On your personal dashboard you will be able to monetize your recent orders, favorite items, shipping and billing addresses, edit account details and more.

Is it safe to order with my Credit/Debit Card online?

How can I purchase a product?

You can purchase a product directly from the product page by clicking the PayPal(Buy Now) button or from your shopping cart page. After you select the product’s variables ex. color,size, click add to cart. Add the product to your cart. When you finish browsing go to ‘Cart’ or ‘View Cart’ – the shopping bag icon at the top-right of the page to check your products details. Then you may proceed to check out where you select the proper option,either fill the form with your information or complete your purchase trough PayPal using your PayPal credential wich will redirect you to the safe payment gateway.

What personal information do you keep?

When you accept our site’s cookie policy or register with us, we retain some informations from you such as name, email, phone number. In order to fulfil any order you may place or marketing purposes. You accept and agree with this terms when you register with us or purchase a product.
It’s important to note – if you do exercise your right to erase all your personal details, this action will not remove any credit searches or updates which may have been made to your credit file, as these are maintained by third party credit reference agencies-however we will inform the credit reference agencies the account has closed.

How can I request the deletion of my account and personal information?

You have the right to ask for certain personal information relating to you to be removed, where there is no reason to keep processing it. If there is a reason why we would need to continue to retain or process your personal information we wil do so.
However you must meet the following criteria we will remove your personally identifiable information from our operational databases.
1) Payments for any outstanding balances and/or orders should be made and cleared.
2) There must be no orders waiting to be or in the process of being dssshipped.
Please send us an emil with your request. Once we receive your request, we will asses whether we re able to fully remove your personal information or not. It may take longer to remove your information if we are expecting for any payments to be received. Your account will be also be closed as part of the right of personal informtion removal process.

How much does the shipping costs?

Our Free Delivery offer is currently available for all orders in up to 122 countries, however you may estimate to receive your order between 1 to 5 weeks maximum delivery. Alexia Stores reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at its own discretion.

We currently do not have any tracking system at this time.We are notified by mail about delivery details,delays or any other subject regarding shippment.

Can I change or cancell my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately we’re unable to edit your merchandise selections once your order is placed. However, in the event that the shipping address on your order needs to be updated or you need to cancel your order, you can contact us as soon as possible by email.
